	Cedar Valley Recovery Services, Inc (CVRS) provides assessments, education and treatment options to individuals with substance abuse or substance dependence disorders. CVRS has two locations in Eastern Iowa, in Cedar Falls and in Marion.
CVRS Philosophy
This clinic believes that substance abusers and persons suffering from chemical dependency be given the opportunity to receive quality treatment and rehabilitative services, which will help them resume a socially acceptable and productive role in society.
CVRS Treatment Objectives
We will treat patients with dignity and respect on a non-discriminatory basis, while encouraging them to lead healthy substance free lives. Rehabilitation shall restore the patient to physical, mental, social, vocational, and economic productivity. Our emphasis is to encourage patients to reduce illegal drug use, to reduce the risk of HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases; to eliminate all drugs as the patient stabilizes; and to give the patient the opportunity and options to further their education and gain meaningful employment through rehabilitative services.
CVRS received a 3 year accreditation from CARF in 2009, the highest level of accreditation CARF awards.
